CODIFICATIONSection, Pub. L. 103-323, §6, Sept. 21, 1994, 108 Stat. 2154, which provided that tribal lands would consist of all real property held by or in trust for the band on and after Sept. 21, 1994, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
