Section 92A.300 - Definitions

As used in NRS 92A.300 to 92A.500, inclusive, and sections 26 and 27 of this act, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 92A.305 to 92A.335, inclusive, and sections 26 and 27 of this act have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
