Section 649.435 - Criminal penalty for violations; each day of unlawful operation constitutes separate offense

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a gross misdemeanor. Each day a person operates a collection agency in violation of the provisions of this chapter is a separate violation under this section.
