Section 293.3072 - Establishment of polling places as vote centers where eligible voters in county may vote on election day1. A county clerk: (a) May establish one or more polling places in the county where any person entitled to vote in the county by personal appearance may do so on the day of the primary election or general election. (b) Must establish one or more polling places in the county where any person entitled to vote in the county by personal appearance may do so on the day of the presidential preference primary election. 2.
