Section 720 ILCS 570/407.2 - Delivery of a controlled substance to a pregnant woman(a) Any person who violates subsection (a) of Section 401 of this Act by delivering a controlled substance to a woman he knows to be pregnant may be sentenced to imprisonment for a term twice the maximum amount authorized by Section 401 of this Act.(b) Any person who delivers an amount of a controlled substance set forth in subsections (c) and (d) of Section 401 of this Act to a woman he knows to be pregnant commits a Class 1 felony. The fine for a violation of this subsection (b) shall not be more than $250,000.
