Section 720 ILCS 570/103 - Scope of Act

Nothing in this Act limits the lawful authority granted by the Medical Practice Act of 1987, the Nurse Practice Act, the Illinois Optometric Practice Act of 1987, or the Pharmacy Practice Act.
