Current through Chapter 89 of the 2024 Legislative Session
Whoever maliciously injures a railroad, or anything pertaining thereto, or any materials or implements for the construction or use thereof, or aids or abets in such trespass, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five thousand dollars or by imprisonment in jail for not more than one year, or both, and shall for each offense forfeit to the use of the corporation treble the amount of damages which it has sustained thereby.
