Section 94C:28 - Jurisdiction of superior court

Upon petition of the board of registration in pharmacy or the commissioner in the case of a pharmacy, or upon petition of the commissioner in any case, the superior court shall have jurisdiction to restrain or enjoin a violation of this chapter.
