Section 24-33.5-215 - Political activity prohibited

No officer or other employee of the Colorado state patrol, while so employed, shall take part in promoting the candidacy of any candidate for any public office within this state, but nothing in this section shall be construed as denying any citizen the right to cast his individual vote.
