Section 9-201 - In general(a) In any election conducted under this article:(1) all voting shall be by ballot; and(2) only votes cast on a ballot may be counted.(b) All ballots shall comply with the provisions of this subtitle.(c) A ballot may not be used for any purpose not authorized by this article.
