Section 44-6-30 - Duties and limitationsThe department shall:
(1) administer Title XIX of the Social Security Act (Medicaid), including the Early Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment Program, and the Community Long-Term Care System;(2) be designated as the South Carolina Center for Health Statistics to operate the Cooperative Health Statistics Program pursuant to the Public Health Services Act;(3) be prohibited from engaging in the delivery of services.2004 Act No. 263, Section 15.A, eff 6/18/2004; 1993 Act No. 181, Section 1040; 1983 Act No. 83 Section 2.
