Section 38912 - "Product resembling milk products" defined

"Products resembling milk products" means any food product for human consumption, except those referred to in Section 38903, which has the appearance, taste, smell, texture or color of a milk product and which, taken as a whole, bears resemblance to a milk product, could be mistaken for a milk product, or could be used as a substitute for a milk product.
