Section 11.56.705 - Harming a police dog in the first degree(a) A person commits the crime of harming a police dog in the first degree if the person intentionally kills or causes serious physical injury to a police dog, knowing the dog to be a police dog.(b) Harming a police dog in the first degree is a class C felony.
