Section DOC 303.28 - Disobeying orders(1) Any inmate or group of inmates who disobeys a verbal or written directive or order from any employee is guilty of disobeying orders.(2) Any inmate who commits an act which violates an order, whether the inmate knew or should have known that the order existed, is guilty of disobeying orders.(3) Any inmate who violates any administrative rule or department policy is guilty of disobeying orders.Wis.
