Section 48:02:06:03 - Remittance through electronic transfer of funds

The state's percentage of net machine income shall be remitted to the lottery through the electronic transfer of funds. Operators shall furnish to the lottery all information and bank authorizations required to facilitate the timely payment of moneys due the state general fund. Operators must provide the lottery 30 days advance notice of any proposed account changes to ensure the uninterrupted electronic transfer of funds.
