Section 127.453 - Initial requests for UR-assignment by the Bureau(a) The Bureau will randomly assign a properly filed request for UR to an authorized URO.(b) The Bureau will send a notice of assignment of the request for UR to the URO; the employe; the employer or insurer; the health care provider under review; and the attorneys for the parties, if known.The provisions of this § 127.453 amended January 16, 1998, effective 1/17/1998, 28 Pa.B. 329.
