Section 20.7.10.100 - ADOPTION OF 40 CFR PART 141A. Except as otherwise provided in this section, the regulations of the USEPA set forth at 40 CFR Part 141 as amended from time to time, are hereby incorporated by reference into this part.B. The term "state" means the New Mexico environment department when used in 40 CFR Part 141, in lieu of the meaning set forth in 40 CFR Part 141.N.M. Code R. § 20.7.10.100
