Section 17b-812-9 - Reexamination of family income(a) The department or its agent shall conduct an annual reexamination of the income and family composition of families participating in the rental assistance program. The department or its agent shall adjust the amount of each family's assistance payment at the time of the annual reexamination to reflect changes in the family's adjusted gross income.(b) During the term of the eligible family's rental agreement, the eligible family shall report changes in income or any change in family composition to the department or its agent within thirty days.Conn.
