I would grant the writ application and revisit State v. Robinson, 19-01330 (La. 11/24/20), 304 So. 3d 846, and State v. Harris , 18-1012 (La. 7/9/20), ––– So. 3d ––––, 2020 WL 3867207, which I respectfully submit were wrongly decided. See State v. Robinson, 304 So. 3d at 847-49 (Crain, J., dissenting); State v. Harris , ––– So. 3d at ––––, 2020 WL 3867207, at *15 (Crain, J., dissenting).
