Section 3-428 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Prohibited acts; penalties

(a)

An employer may not

pay or agree to pay less than the wage required under this subtitle

.

(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
