Section NR 162.12 - Financial management The recipient shall do all of the following:
(1) Maintain project accounts in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, governmental accounting standards board requirements, or other methods of accounting accepted by the department or required by the federal government.(2) Maintain a financial management system that meets the requirements, terms, and conditions of the financial assistance agreement and ch. Adm 35.(3) Comply with any U.S. treasury requirements for maintaining the tax-exempt status of the bonds sold to the CWFP.Wis. Admin. Code Department of Natural Resources § NR 162.12
