Section 09.03.06.01 - Scope

This chapter governs the conduct of any person engaged in mortgage lending, mortgage brokering, or mortgage servicing of loans secured by residential real estate located in this State, unless specifically exempt from licensure under Financial Institutions Article, § 11-502, Annotated Code of Maryland.
