Sec. 13.

"Person" means any:

(1) individual;

(2) facility;

(3) partnership;

(4) copartnership;

(5) firm;

(6) company;

(7) association;

(8) joint-stock company;

(9) corporation;

(10) governmental entity; or

(11) agent.
