We affirm the order denying appellant's petition for writ of mandamus without prejudice to refile his petition within thirty (30) days. The revised petition shall include copies of all correspondence substantiating appellant's prior written requests and entitlement to the requested records under section 119.07, Florida Statutes (2002).
