Opinion

Following review of the petition for writ of habeas corpus alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied on both grounds. See Stano v. Dugger, 524 So.2d 1018, 1019 (Fla.1988) ; Towbridge v. State, 45 So.3d 484 (Fla. 1st DCA 2010).
