In re: Susan Rosa Boagni Gardner, Richard O. Eckart and Edward M. Boagni, Jr., applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of St. Landry.


Writ refused. We find no error of law in the judgment of the Court of Appeal.

FOURNET, C. J., and McCALEB and HAMLIN, JJ., are of the opinion a writ should be granted.
