Opinion

Case No. 3D02-2051.

Opinion filed December 18, 2002.

An Appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County, Pedro Echarte, Judge. L.T. No. 93-14423.

Ananias Westbrook, in proper person.

Richard E. Doran, Attorney General, for appellee.

Before JORGENSON, LEVY, and GERSTEN, JJ.

Affirmed. See Martin v. State, 816 So.2d 187 (Fla. 5th DCA 2002) (holding that lack of proof as to whether venire panel was sworn is not fundamental error; defendant is required to raise issue in contemporaneous objection).
