BRANDY VILLALOBOS Petitioner(s) v. MARIANGELES MARTINEZ Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 3D19-155; 132017CA021010000001

Upon review of the response to this Court's order to show cause dated January 28, 2022, the Court has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction in this case. See Younkin v. Blackwelder, 331 So.3d 686 (Fla. 2021), and Dodgen v. Grijalva, 331 So.3d 679 (Fla. 2021). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla. R App P 9330(d)(2).

CANADY, CJ, and POLSTON, LABARGA, LAWSON, and MUÑIZ, JJ, concur
