ORDER


Courtroom Television Network LLC has filed a Motion to Intervene for the Limited Purpose of Obtaining Leave to Record and Telecast Pretrial and Trial Proceedings ("Motion to Intervene") and has filed a Notice scheduling the hearing of the Motion to Intervene as well as the Motion for Leave to Record and Telecast Pretrial and Trial Proceedings ("Motion to Record and Telecast") for 9:00am on Friday, January 11, 2002.

Finding that movant, as a news organization, has the right to be heard on the issues raised in its substantive motion, the Motion to Intervene is GRANTED, and it is hereby

ORDERED that Courtroom Television Network LLC may intervene in this proceeding for the limited purpose of being heard on its Motion to Record and Telecast.

To avoid a scheduling conflict, however, the argument of the Motion to Record and Telecast is rescheduled to Wednesday, January 9, 2002 at 9:30am in Courtroom 700. The parties' positions on this motion must be filed by the close of business Friday, January 4, 2002.
