The petition for review of the decision of the District Court of Appeal, Fifth District, in Day v. United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co., 388 So.2d 351 (Fla. 5th DCA 1980), is denied on the authority of South Carolina Insurance Co. v. Kokay, 398 So.2d 1355, (Fla. 1981).

It is so ordered.
