ON MOTION TO DISMISS


Since this Court's jurisdiction to entertain direct appeals by prisoners or parolees from orders of the Florida Parole and Probation Commission has been eliminated by chapter 83-78, sections 1 and 4, Laws of Florida, this appeal, the notice for which was filed June 7, 1983, is dismissed.
