BY ORDER OF THE COURT:
The petition for writ of certiorari is dismissed without prejudice to Petitioner's right to challenge the denial of its motion to compel in its pending appeal of the final judgment. See Mason v. Janssen, 113 So. 3d 41, 43 (Fla. 2d DCA 2012) ; Neelev v. CW Roberts Contracting, Inc., 948 So. 2d 844, 844 (Fla. 1st DCA 2007).
