PER CURIAM.

Affirmed. See Dunenas v. Moore, 762 So.2d 1007 (Fla. 3d DCA 2000) (holding that when a negotiated plea agreement is not conditioned upon imposition of a sentence within a specified range under the sentencing guidelines, a claim of scoresheet error does not render the sentence illegal unless it exceeds the statutory maximum).
