District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jan 13, 1984
442 So. 2d 1033 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1984)

Opinion

Nos. AR-137, AR-138.

December 12, 1983. Rehearing Denied January 13, 1984.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Suwannee County; L. Arthur Lawrence, Jr., Judge.

Ernest A. Sellers and Andrew J. Decker, III, of Airth, Sellers, Lewis Decker, Live Oak, for appellant.

John H. Parker, III, Live Oak, for appellee Ratliff Motor Co.

Suwannee River Government Employees Federal Credit Union (Suwannee River) appeals from a final judgment and from an "Order on Enforcement of Lien" which rule that Ratliff Motor Company's mechanic's lien is superior to Suwannee River's prior security interest in an automobile owned by the Rhudes.

We affirm on authority of Eastern Airlines Employees Federal Credit Union v. Lauderdale Yacht Basin, Inc., 334 So.2d 175 (Fla. 4th DCA 1976).

THOMPSON and WIGGINTON, JJ., concur.
