Appeal, No. 379, Jan. T., 1971, from order of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1970, No. 618, affirming order of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1969, No. 4173, in the matter of arbitration of Richard A. Sudders and Jean Cook Barrot v. United National Insurance Company. Order affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 217 Pa. Super. 196.

Proceedings on petition to modify, correct, or set aside arbitration award.

Order entered denying petition, opinion by McDERMOTT, J. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the order of the court below, opinion by HOFFMAN, J. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
