The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 59 Conn. App. 341 (AC 18727), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Whether the Appellate Court properly affirmed the trial court's refusal to permit the defendant to have access to certain school records of the teenaged complaining witness?"
