ORDER

It is ORDERED that the motion for leave to file a motion for leave to appeal as within time (M-5) is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for stay (M-7) is denied; and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal (M-6) is granted; and it is further ORDERED that the appellant may electronically serve and file a supplemental brief on or before November 1, 2021, and respondent may electronically serve and file a supplemental brief thirty (30) days after the filing of appellant's supplemental submission, or, if appellant declines to file such a submission, on or before December 1, 2021.
