ORDER

It is ORDERED that the motion for leave to file a motion for reconsideration of the Court's partial denial of certification is granted. Defendant's petition for certification is granted, limited to the suppression issue and the issue of the admission of an affidavit certifying the nonexistence of a gun permit without testimony by the affiant (i.e., Issues A and B of the petition); and it is further

ORDERED that the appellant may serve and file a supplemental brief on or before January 25, 2021, and respondent may serve and file a supplemental brief thirty (30) days after the filing of appellant's supplemental submission, or, if appellant declines to file such a submission, on or before February 24, 2021.
