APPEAL from the District Court of the Third Judicial District of the State of Idaho, for Owyhee County. Hon. Charles F. Koelsch, Judge.

Appeal from judgment of the district court of Owyhee county affirming an order of the Board of County Commissioners of that county disallowing the claim of appellant and refusing to order a warrant to be drawn therefor. Affirmed.
