Appeal, No. 11, March T., 1940, by attaching creditor, from judgment of Superior Court, April T., 1939, No. 123, dismissing an appeal from order of C. P. Allegheny Co., July T., 1937, No. 2079, in case of Mayer Sniderman v. Domenic Nerone and Equitable Gas Company, Garnishee. Order affirmed.
