Dec 15, 1993
627 So. 2d 614 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1993)

Opinion

No. 92-3295.

December 15, 1993.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Broward County; Barry E. Goldstein, Judge.

Robert L. Bogen of Law Offices of Alan Jay Braverman, P.A., Boynton Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and James J. Carney, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

REVERSED. We agree with appellant that the trial court erred in adding additional terms to his probation in an order entered on October 15, 1992.

Accordingly, we reverse and remand with directions that the order of October 15, 1992, be vacated and the original order of probation be reinstated.

ANSTEAD, STONE and POLEN, JJ., concur.
