FORMER ADJUDICATION, § 75judgment and satisfaction in trover bar to subsequent similar action. Recovery and satisfaction of money judgment in action of trover, with respect to specific chattel, which vested title to such chattel in defendant, constituted bar to another trover action for same chattel against subsequent purchaser thereof.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. ROBERT E. CROWE, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the June term, 1947.
