Opinion

ANGEL SANTIAGO-GONZALEZ Petitioner v. STATE OF FLORIDA Respondent

NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE REHEARING MOTION AND, IF FILED, DETERMINED.

Lower Tribunal No.: 632014CF000080CFAXMX

Petitioner asks us to quash the circuit court's order denying his request for additional records from the Department of Corrections. Finding that Petitioner has not shown any harm which cannot be corrected on appeal, see Fla. R. App. P. 9.142(c)(4)(F), we dismiss the petition, see Citizens Prop. Ins. Corp. v. San Perdido Ass'n, 104 So.3d 344, 351 (Fla. 2012); Foster v. State, 326 So.3d 1192, 1197 (Fla. 1st DCA 2021). We express no view on the correctness of the circuit court's ruling.

CANADY, C.J., and POLSTON, LABARGA, LAWSON, MUÑIZ, COURIEL, and GROSSHANS, JJ., concur.

HON. DAVID P. KREIDER, JUDGE
