Opinion

To the extent that petitioner seeks relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(d), the petition is dismissed without prejudice to petitioner seeking relief in the appropriate district court. To the extent that petitioner seeks review of the First District Court's per curiam affirmed decision, the petition is dismissed pursuant to Grate v. State, 750 So.2d 625 (Fla.1999). Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied. No rehearing will be entertained by this Court.
