ORDER.

This cause having heretofore been submitted to the Court on Petition for Writ of Certiorari upon the transcript of record and briefs to review the order of the District Court of Appeal, Third District of Florida, 170 So.2d 460, in said cause bearing date January 12, 1965 and the record having been inspected, it is ordered that said petition be and the same is hereby denied.


On rehearing granted and after oral argument and further consideration of the case by the Court en banc, it is

Ordered that the Order of this Court dated June 7, 1965 denying certiorari to review the order of the District Court of Appeal, Third District of Florida, 170 So.2d 460, dated January 12, 1965, be and the same is hereby adhered to.

It is so ordered.
