Appeal from Superior Court, Alameda County; James G. Quinn, Judge.

Action by Mary V. Rose and others against the State of California, a Commonwealth, and the People of the State of California, acting by and through the Department of Public Works, for damages allegedly resulting from the construction of a subway fronting plaintiffs’ property. From the judgment, the defendants appeal.

Reversed.
