Opinion

No. SC11–659.

Joshua ROSA, Petitioner(s) v. STATE of Florida, Respondent(s).

Having received no response(s) to this Court's order to show cause dated March 30, 2012, the Court has determined that it should decline to exercise jurisdiction in this case. See State v. Sturdivant, 37 Fla. L. Weekly S127 (Fla. Feb. 23, 2012). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. SeeFla. R.App. P. 9.330(d)(2).

POLSTON, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, and LABARGA, JJ., concur.
