For good cause appearing, and pursuant to this Court's Local Rule 141, this Court GRANTS Plaintiff Growth Energy's application for leave to file the Second Declaration of Robert Whiteman in Support of Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction.

This Court also GRANTS Plaintiff Growth Energy's application to file the Second Declaration of Robert Whiteman in Support of Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction under seal. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to seal the following documents submitted in support of the Plaintiff Growth Energy's Application for Leave to File Supplemental Declaration in Support of Motion for Preliminary Injunction:

(1) An unredacted version of the Second Declaration of Robert Whiteman in Support of Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction, including Exhibit "A" to the declaration.
