PER CURIAM.

The Petitioner has filed an Emergency Motion to Stay Issuance and Service of Subpoenas pending review in this case, arguing that a denial of a stay will cause irreparable harm in the form of disclosure of the very things which are the subject of the pending petition. The Respondents do not object and this court agrees.

STAY GRANTED, pending the disposition of Petition.

LAWSON, COHEN and JACOBUS, JJ., concur.
