In this case Raulerson was placed on five years probation in August, 1989, upon conviction for a vehicular homicide. In 1992, he violated that probation and again was placed on five years probation, contrary to Kolovrat v. State, 574 So.2d 294 (Fla. 5th DCA 1991). We reverse the sentence and remand for resentencing.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
